Campaign Disclosure The California Voter Foundation has worked to bring "digital sunlight" to money in politics ever since it created the world's first real-time, online campaign finance database in 1995. Voter Engagement Since the 1994 publication of our first California Online Voter Guide, CVF has created many innovative online voter education resources for citizens in California and across the country.		Voting Technology In 1999, CVF President Kim Alexander was invited to serve on California's Internet Voting Task Force, and so began the organization's involvement in the issue of voting technology. Voter Privacy To better understand the risks of technology as they relate to voter privacy, CVF has been studying voter registration data gathering and dissemination practices in the U.S.
